2. No Refund Policy

Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our products, Blaine’s Bakery maintains a strict No Refund Policy. Once an order is placed and processed, all sales are final.

3. Cake Order Modifications & Deadlines

We take great care in planning and preparing your custom creations. Therefore, the following rules apply to all cake orders:

  • Finality: Seven (7) days prior to the scheduled order date, all cake orders are considered final.

  • No Changes: Within the 7-day window leading up to your date, no changes can be made to the items (flavor, design, size, etc.).

  • Pickup Times: Within the 7-day window, the scheduled pickup time cannot be moved up.

  • Change Fee: If you request a change more than 7 days in advance, it is subject to availability. If a change is granted, a $30 change fee will be added to your order total.

4. Products and Pricing

We strive for accuracy in our product images; however, slight variations in color and design are natural in artisanal baking. Prices are subject to change without notice.
